<description>I was one of the founders of easyspace. During the past three years I have worked on some laser rainmaking technology.

In an area of drought with a sever water shortage in Thailand the laser device I developed created localised rainstorms on 100 successive days during 2008/2009
It was noted that this laser technology can be used to influence lightening and its direction.
Generating a rain storm from either a blue sky or partially clouded sky took from five to thirty minutes.

There is no need to have a high powered laser to do this there are other factors that can be used to influence its efficiency.
